While we can place a foreign language expert as young as 20 years of age, it is not always easy and depends to a large extent on the maturity, experience and self confidence of the English teacher. Due to previous bad experience with many schools in China they are weary to employ a Native English Speakers under the age of twenty (20). Experience taught us that young foreign language experts are most likely to get homesick, hardly can adopt to the new culture or simply miss the familiarity of homeland and their loving mothersIf an English teacher arrives and then decides to go home again soon after starting this can cause a loss of integrity for the schools and for our good office, and ends up costing everyone involved valuable time, money and resources. If the privilege of employing foreign language experts is deemed to have been abused, it can quickly reversed by the Chinese government which is detrimental for the school and could signal the end of endeavor for quite a long years. |
